We do not offer dry cleaning or encapsulation cleaning methods, because after 35 years of carpet cleaning, we've learned that nothing beats soap and hot water with a little elbow grease. Or in our case, elbow grease is a high-speed scrubbing machine we use to physically scrub deep down into the carpet fibers. We then follow with a pH acid rinse, which neutralizes alkaline residues left by our cleaning agents AND any residues left by your own day-to-day spot cleaning, and restores the pH balance of your carpet. No residue left behind means your carpet stays clean longer. ANY carpet cleaning process that adds cleaners but doesn't rinse them out WILL leave residues behind, which will attract dirt and soil and require more frequent cleaning. Our pH acid rinse also leaves your carpet with a softer feel because it's actually clean AND residue free. Our deodorizer is also a citrus fragrance.
